Paul Leeming
Paul is the Managing Director of the Company and a Chartered Town Planner, a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI). With more than thirty years’ experience, Paul has worked in the public and private sector, leading planning teams for national engineering and environmental consultancies, and more recently with a property and development agency.
He has dealt with a wide range of planning, property and development matters including residential, commercial, employment, education, community, retail and leisure schemes, as well as infrastructure and green energy projects.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked with a diverse range of clients providing pragmatic advice based on a knowledge and understanding of their requirements and the planning system.
He has experience presenting at public meetings and consultation events, as well as providing expertise at planning inquiries, appeal hearings and public examinations.
Clare Leeming
Clare is a Director and Company Secretary. She has a personal and family background in property management and development.
Professionally, Clare worked for over thirty years at a senior level in health service research and development.
Clare is happy to field general enquiries and is responsible for marketing, finance and administrative matters.
